These Terms govern the purchase and use of Exalo VPN, operated by Exalo Media. By ordering or using the service, you agree to these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights in your country always prevail where these Terms provide less protection.

2. Service
Exalo VPN provides access to third-party-operated VPN infrastructure through supported apps and configuration files. One active VPN account permits up to five simultaneous connections. Availability, locations, protocols and performance can change for operational, legal or security reasons. We do not guarantee access to any particular website, streaming service, country or IP address.
3. Plans, prices and payment
Exalo VPN offers a three-month Flex Plan and a twelve-month Freedom Plan. Checkout shows the total price, currency, applicable taxes, initial term and renewal information before payment. Payments are processed by an external payment provider. Consumer prices include applicable VAT where required.
4. Renewal and cancellation
Unless checkout states otherwise, a subscription renews automatically. You may cancel online through your customer account before the next renewal. For consumers protected by Dutch mandatory law, after the initial fixed term the agreement continues for an indefinite period and can be cancelled with no more than one month’s notice. Prepaid amounts after the effective cancellation date are handled as required by applicable law.
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers may have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right. If you expressly request immediate activation during that period, you may owe a proportionate amount for service already supplied. A withdrawal right is lost only where applicable law permits this and all required express consents and confirmations have been obtained. Any commercial refund promise shown at checkout is additional to statutory rights.
6. Account and software
You must provide accurate information and keep account and VPN credentials confidential. Credentials are personal and may not be resold or publicly shared. You receive a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use supported software and configuration files during an active subscription. Third-party app terms may also apply.
7. Acceptable use
You must comply with applicable law. You may not use the service for spam, fraud, harassment, impersonation, malware, attacks, unauthorised access, unlawful content, public proxies or resale. P2P traffic is allowed only where lawful and supported by the selected server.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect the service, comply with law, address non-payment or prevent harm. Where appropriate, we give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue. Serious or urgent abuse may require immediate action. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Availability and support
We use reasonable care to provide the service, but internet routes, devices, third-party infrastructure and maintenance can affect speed and availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes a legal guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Liability
Exalo Media remains liable where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, including for intent, gross negligence and mandatory consumer claims. Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the agreement was formed.
11. Privacy
Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data. The VPN infrastructure provider may process limited account and operational data as described there.
12. Changes
We may update the service or these Terms for legal, security, operational or product reasons. Material adverse changes will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible and statutory cancellation rights will be respected.
13. Governing law and disputes
Dutch law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their country of residence. Disputes may be brought before a competent court under applicable consumer-jurisdiction rules. Contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue.
