- Assess threat coverage realistically. For risky browsing (phishing, malicious downloads), use security steps that are independent of a VPN, such as careful navigation and trustworthy protection.
Finally, read the VPN provider’s privacy documentation and terms if available, and recognize that exact guarantees vary by provider and by how websites handle identification signals.
