What IPv6 and a VPN do—at a glance

Limitations and what could still identify you
Even with a correctly working VPN and IPv6 compatibility, identifying information can still persist:
- Accounts and sessions: Being logged into services ties activity to your identity.
- Browser cookies and local storage: Persistent data can keep you recognizable across sessions.
- Device/browser fingerprinting: Unique combinations of settings and capabilities can correlate visits.
